We are seeking a strong and dynamic
Sr. Director, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) to lead the DTC team for the Outdoor Performance platform and shape the digital future of some of the industry's most respected performance gear brands. This leader will define and champion a unified DTC vision that elevates how consumers discover, engage with, and purchase our products across every digital touchpoint. The role is central to building a connected, insight-driven digital ecosystem-leading the DTC team while driving close, in-person collaboration with cross-functional platform leaders to deliver best-in-class consumer experiences.
The Sr. Director will strengthen customer connectivity across brands, execute against the Outdoor Performance DTC strategy, and build a clear and scalable roadmap for growth. This includes optimizing
the digital commerce engine, elevating marketing performance, and ensuring every online interaction delivers an exceptional experience aligned with our outdoor ethos.
This role offers both the opportunity and expectation to redefine digital experiences for outdoor performance consumers. The ideal candidate combines broad strategic vision with executional excellence-assessing where the business stands today, envisioning what our digital presence can become, and leading the evolution of best-in-class eCommerce experiences and innovative digital store formats. They will advance our digital revenue engine in a digital-first, consumer-first manner that drives consistency, excellence, and impact across the entire DTC channel.
This position reports to the President, Outdoor Performance, and is based onsite in Bozeman, MT.
As the Sr. Director of DTC, you will have an opportunity to:
- Lead the creation and execution of the comprehensive DTC roadmap for the Outdoor Performance platform, positioning the company's performance brands with clarity and distinction for both existing and new audiences through elevated, insight-driven digital experiences.
- Build and scale a multi-brand eCommerce growth strategy that accelerates revenue across all Revelyst digital platforms-including desktop, mobile, tablet, and app-while ensuring consistent, seamless, and consumer-first interactions.
- Provide strategic leadership across all DTC activities, directing planning, execution, and continuous optimization in close partnership with cross-functional Outdoor Performance leaders collaborating onsite in Bozeman, MT.
- Drive accountability for the DTC P&L in partnership with finance leaders, guiding budgeting, forecasting, and performance management to meet or exceed revenue, margin, and profit goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing DTC team within a dynamic, matrixed, multi-brand environment, ensuring excellence in site experience, merchandising, digital marketing, analytics, and ongoing operational performance.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal partners, external vendors, agencies, and technology providers to support scalable growth, digital innovation, and channel effectiveness.
- Champion digital innovation across the Outdoor Performance platform, identifying opportunities, testing new capabilities, and scaling proven solutions across Revelyst's multi-brand omnichannel ecosystem.
- Oversee holistic digital operations and strategy, including site management, DTC channel performance, consumer experience optimization, technology enhancements, and the execution of brand-building digital marketing initiatives.
- Create compelling, high-retention digital experiences that strengthen consumer engagement and loyalty-encompassing UX/UI design, content development, creative execution, email/SMS, paid social, CRM, analytics, operations, IT infrastructure, and product assortment strategy.

You have:
- 8-10+ years of progressive DTC, eCommerce, or digital marketing leadership experience within consumer, outdoor, performance, apparel, or CPG environments.
- Proven success driving multi-brand DTC growth, improving conversion, and elevating digital consumer experiences.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen with demonstrated accountability for P&L performance in partnership with Finance.
- Experience leading high-performing digital teams across site operations, merchandising, UX/UI, CRM, and digital marketing.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing tools, analytics, and enabling technologies (CMS, CRM, personalization, automation, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into actionable digital strategies.
- Strong collaborator who builds trust and alignment across Product, Brand, Finance, IT, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
- Skilled at balancing long-range vision with hands-on execution in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
